During the December 2008 Board meeting, the Board acknowledged EPA findings that Formalin tablets and Steri-Dry Fumigant have been determined to be carcinogenic and will no longer be required for use in  sanitation.

Fish Pedicures have been denied approval by the Board due to the sanitation issues.
