The Board requested Senate Bill 13 be introduced during this session of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky which began on January 2, 2007.  The Bill passed from the Senate Licensing and Occupations Committee meeting on February 13, 2007 and passed the Senate on February 15, 2007.  The Bill was referred to the House on February 16, 2007.  The Bill was stalled in the House and was never called for by the House Committee.

The Board will begin informing licensees of any proposed legislation for the upcoming session in January 2008 in the near future.
